This weekend was the one of the best I have ever had in a while. The Fearless Experience World Tour graced us with a stop in Abu Dhabi. It was a weekend with amazing women and the atmosphere was electric. I was high on energy. I think I still am.
So your girl was at this event front and center, soaking up as much and I good and trust me there was so much. It was a 2 day boot camp with amazing Life Coaches who explored the different aspects of life, equipping us with tools on how to tackle challenges practically and spiritually. I can promise you everyone left with a changed mindset. This was not an arena event with a thousand people. This was a small and intimate event but the coaches came with arena-level energy. So I will share the gifts that were imparted to me in summary. I cannot be selfish.

The theme of the event was "FROM BARREN TO BREAKTHROUGH'' and the book Dear Fear which was written by many authors including the speakers of the even, was the foundation. Tiana Patrice is the woman behind Fearless Experience.
This weekend Tiana spoke about the crippling effects that fear can have on a person. She referred to the story of Hanna, which had been her assignment from God. She unpacked how the story is relevant today and how people's words and discourage someone and kill their inner spirit. Her tools were about how we can stand up and walk forward despite our fear. Tiana was fire, from her sequin suit to her energy in delivery. It was definitely unforgettable.
The event had a total of 9 Coaches who covered different areas that are equally important for one's well being. I will share just 4 because child, we could be here all day. I will definitely post a part 2 soon so you can all get these gems of information.

Pamela Knight The Therapy Coach
Therapy is something that many people, especially in the African and Black American community, consider to be a sign that you are crazy. And no one wants to think they have gone crazy. But there are times you need to talk some things through with a trained professional, to give you some clarity. Ms. Pamela talked about the importance of recognizing issues that you may be dealing with, and how a professional can help you get through it.

Shani Farmer The Relationship Coach
Now I do not want to say she was my faviorite but...yeah lol
Ms. Shoni spoke about the POWER OF BEING PURSUED. She highlighted the struggles of every single woman; finding a man who does not have a hidden agenda. She openly told us about her experience with dating and changing her perception of dating and relationships changed her life. She talked about dating with a purpose in order to find your partner. She also talked about celibacy, abstinence and chastity. This session was really amazing.

Rhonda Glover The Career Coach
Former FBI agent Rhonda Glover spoke about her transition from a career of many years and the challenges she faced that inspired her to help people with Career Coaching. She encouraged us to be intentional about taking the next steps to get out of a bad job, change careers or companies. "Ask yourself, what do you want to do in your 2.O". 2.O is the upgraded version of you. She gave us steps to help us think about our next step, plan it well and take action.

Monica Boyd The Money Strategist
Monica started the session with a thought provoking question: "How much would you need to retire comfortably?" She highlighted the importance of good financial planning. She covered important topics such as saving money, creating multiple streams of income and most importantly creating generational wealth.
We did so many exercises during the event. There was speed coaching which allowed the coaches to move to each table and have a one on one session with us. This allowed us to ask questions and get more information for our personal situations. We also had a Dear Fear Letter exercise where we wrote a letter to fear. "Dear Fear, I am breaking up with you..." confronting your fear and not allowing it to take over your life. These women are a great example of fearless. They are Americans who have never traveled to the Middle East. But there they were, all smiles and ready to deliver. Boldness at its best.
